State-of-Art, Oral Presentations and Workshop

Please note that 20 minutes are allocated for each oral presentation and workshop including 5 minutes for discussion. The corresponding time for each State-of-the-Art presentation is 40 minutes including 10 minutes for discussion.
The speakers need to send pdf files of the short paper summary (not more than 200 words) and presentation that will be stored in ‘Documents’ section of the virtual room.
The presentation is preferable in 16:9 widescreen size and in pdf so as not to have problems with specific fonts or formatting issues. If the speaker does not want to share the presentation or wants to show specific files, it will be possible to share one’s desktop. However, for smooth running of the conference without bad internet connection risks, we recommend to upload all presentation and video files into the virtual rooms.
The summary should include paper name, list of authors, a short introduction of the presenting author (name, affiliation, major interests) and paper abstract (abstract could be the same as 150 words abstract that you provide for the full paper).
Please, use the following names for your files (NNN is the paper number):
NNN_Presenting Author_summary
NNN_Presenting Author_presentation
Send the summary and presentation (or information that you will share your desktop instead) to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ! August 13 at the latest.
Make sure to go to your virtual session room any time starting August 16 but at least 30 minutes before the session starts to meet your session chair, session moderator and the other speakers, check the presentation file using software presentation capabilities. The virtual rooms will be available starting August 16, 2021.
Poster Presentations
Please note that 20 minutes are allocated for 5 poster presentations, each poster is allocated 3 minutes for oral presentation.
The speakers need to send pdf files of the short paper summary (not more than 200 words) and presentation that will be stored in ‘Documents’ section of the virtual room.
The presentation is preferable in 16:9 widescreen size and in pdf so as not to have problems with specific fonts or formatting issues. If the speaker does not want to share the presentation or wants to show specific files, it will be possible to share one’s desktop. However, for smooth running of the conference without bad internet connection risks, we recommend to upload all presentation and video files into the virtual rooms. Limit the number of slides to maximum 4 (including the title slide). There will be no time for discussion during this part of the session. Questions will be submitted in written form and you are welcome to have a personal meeting for discussion (see section social events on how to schedule a meeting).
